Bringing care to every community

Delivering compassionate, high-quality care where it's needed most

At Pont Global Medicine, we believe that everyone deserves access to a physician—regardless of where they live. Through our telemedicine model, we connect doctors with patients living in communities in low-income countries to deliver reliable, respectful, and consistent medical care.

Strengthening care systems with local and global teams

Each clinic is staffed with a trained nurse who connects to a Pont physician via a secure video link. The nurse assists with physical exams and translates when needed.

Physicians evaluate patients in real time, using vital signs, symptoms, and exam findings to guide diagnosis and treatment—leveraging a clinic-specific formulary and diagnostic tools.

We staff health workers who help patients with follow-up visits, provide financial aid and coordinate care.

Nurses execute orders, dispense medications, and schedule follow-up visits while physicians document each consultation in a Pont specific cloud-based electronic medical records system.

We integrate our physicians into the local healthcare system, working with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and the local ministry of health to provide a robust referral network.

Our model revolves around long-term care. Physicians regularly see patients at the same clinic. This provides continuity and allows them to develop therapeutic relationships with their patients.

We address critical healthcare gaps by combining local expertise with global resources

In some of the communities were serve, there is less than one doctor per 20,000 people.

A shared visit model allows for the best of both worlds—physician expertise and local knowledge.

Our model brings the physician to the patient—without the need for travel.
